The location outside the city was nice and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The private onsen was a great feature and the meals were delicious with plenty of local ingredients.
The outside drinks policy wasn't clear and we ended up getting charged a lot for some drinks we brought from a local store. , the location wasn't very convenient for exploring the area and we felt a bit isolated.

My partner and I had an incredible romantic escape at this traditional Japanese inn. the beautiful garden and outdoor onsen were a highlight, as well as the delicious traditional dinner and warm welcome from the staff. We appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store nearby for any last-minute needs. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a private outdoor bath.
